class descriptions

  • a steady-paced, alignment focused practice that will enhance your understanding of the form, purpose and benefits of your self in yoga

  • wake up and start the day with a vinyasa-based practice that is seamlessly connected to your breath

  • a blissful hour of gentle movement-meditation and long-held poses to release and melt into

all classes are open-level for beginner to advanced yogis

*beginners are encouraged to start with align & refine and rhythm & restore offerings

what to expect / bring

bring your own mat if you have one, otherwise please feel free to borrow any props provided at the studio (mats, blocks, bolsters and straps)

wear comfortable clothes that you can move freely and feel good in.

*light layers keep you warm in winter classes - heaters will be on as appropriate

please put your phone/smartwatch on silent before class (or leave it in the car — at home entirely for a real self-care treat)

notify teacher of any current injuries, things you’re taking care of in body/mind before class for appropriate modifications

arrive early to settle in and

stay for entire duration of class (or notify teacher before practice if you need to leave early)
